I went there last year, it is quite a fascinating place.
As a budding woodworker I was intersted in all of the tools that they had on display. Over the last 160 years or so the basic woodworking tools have not changed all that much.
IIRC the admission was $8.00 for adults, kinda pricey to my way of thinking, OTOH where are you going to get a look at an 1856 general store.
One other side note, among the artifacts that have been collected are a large quantity of glass panes. Several hundred as I recall. It so happens that one of the local handyman shops by me got the job to mount a number of these panes in a window divider for the musuem. he had to mount about 40 of them and was worried about braking them. 150 or so year old glass gets kinda brittle. When all was said and done he only broke one of the panes. An outsatnding job.
