That's good news but I wish they would have waited just a bit longer for the Chief Justice to retire and Bush could appoint one more conservative to the bench. This is going to be a nail-biter.

Yep...CATO is very cautious about their image (since libertarianism seems to attact loonies) and I've haven't heard much out of them on 2nd Amendment issues until now.

I'm pleased and will be doubling my level of support.

All they ask is $100 the first year, 500 the second and $1000 every year after that.
