Can't Admit you Like It Tetrazzini

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shredded sharp process cheese
1 Tbsp. sherry
2 c. cooked spaghetti
1 c. diced turkey
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Saute onion in butter. Blend in soup, water, cheese and sherry. Cook over low heat, stirring, until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients, heat.

BTW, I sometimes use more sherry and less water.

That's dry sherry, of course.

I love cooking with sherry, white or red wine. Why sometimes I even put in the food.

Leftover Hangover Turkey Casserole

This is one of those "new world order" recipes, everything in it is either canned, packaged, or artifical, that you must cross your fingers, or go to confession for calling it homemade... LOLOLOLOL

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
3 In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and dry onion soup mix.
4 Spread the green beans in a 9x13 inch dish. Top with a layer of turkey. Pour the soup mixture over the turkey. Top with stuffing.
5 Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
