Well there was a thread on that subject recently. All I know is that at some point MI asked to have his membership cancelled, (not because the INS was getting ragged on) then when he couldn't access his email to respond to something, JR activated his account again. So I think he's out there lurking. I hope he stops by to say hello.

Typical of a bureaucracy, top officials pursue whistleblowers. It wouldn't surprise me if MarineInspector has been harassed from higher up. Job Number One in the federal government is KEEP MY JOB and my federal employee benefits. A true reformer trying to fix problems is in for a rough ride.
