Will these drivers have American insurance? Hope so, we'll never be able to collect from a Mexican company. Will these drivers be required to read our road signs? The signs are in English. Oh no, they'll want bilingual signs. Will these drivers have to take driving tests issued by America to be sure they understand the rules of our roads? NAAAHHH. Anything for Vicente. In addition to the regular cargo, also look forward to loads of drugs and illegal aliens. Just what we need.

They have to have US approved insurance. They have to keep a log book. They have to enter thru an inspection station(there are 12 in Texas). They have to undergo drug and alcohol testing. Everything was written into the DOT appropriations bill earlier this year by Patty Murry(D-WA).

I doubt they'll have to prove they are even literate. It's insane to allow foreigners in big trucks access to all our highways if they don't have even minimal English language ability. Why have signs at all?
