In as much as NAFTA had its beginnings in the Reagan Administration, and Mexican truck access is part of NAFTA, you would have to conclude that Reagan has more responsibility for this than Bush who did not enter office until 2001.

Reagan is not responsible for letting these trucks in, Bush is. And I will vote for ANYONE in the Republican primary who is pro-America and pro-sovereignty.
