Thanks! Gotta listen to this!

I hope Ron has his facts together better for this show than he did for his last column:
The frightening details of the Homeland Security bill, which authorizes an unprecedented level of warrantless spying on American citizens, are still emerging.
The HSA does no such thing.

woohoo! Walter Williams AND Ron Paul on Friday?? That's must-listen radio. I would advise the "Republicans-can-do-know-wrong" crowd to take their prescription medicine before listening.

Just turn the sound down on the TV and the sound up on the radio. Plus, if A&M can beat us (Sooners) then you can beat the February national champions.

Yeah, Ron Paul on Friday!

He doesn't want them stealing his stash.

I wonder if Walter will ask Ron why he didn't vote to send the Homeland Security Bill back for more consideration.
It would have made Ron's complaints about "rushing" the bill less hypocritical if he hadn't voted against the motion to recommit it.
Politicians...

Listen to one of our greatest econimic minds interviewing one of our greatest representatives How on Earth can you not be libertarian if you realize this ????
To: mrsmith
Why would he vote to recommit? The time for debate had expired. Congressman Roemer moved to recommit with instructions and those instructions included adding the National Commission amendment to the end of the bill. There wasn't going to be anymore consideration.

Paul is a nutcase.
I initially thought he was great until I began actually reading his speeches and viewpoints.
I don't know why so many (relatively speaking) like him. There is cognitive dissonance involved.

They can spend three hours discussing why social security was a bad idea.
