We have the recommendations from the Rudman/Hart Reports on Terror. They were comprehensive and exhaustive and a fine blueprint to improve the situation.

This is to investigate the breakdowns in intel that happened.

I'd prefer an investigative type of a person. Anyway, it won't amount to much more than a whitewash. Perhaps i'll be wrong. I can always hope.

I am beginning to think I am the only one who actually heard Kissinger's news conference. Perhaps there is a transcript. He SAID they would be making recommendations to prevent another such tragedy from occurring.
