Your point? Why shouldn't the Feds get market rate for grazing rights? In the water sensitive area of the Southweat, was it really good policy to encourage people to overpopulate the area by subsidizing food and water by the use of public projects, subsidized water and subsidized grazing?

Feds get market rate What market? In essence, the grazing fees are a tax paid by businessmen to use a public resource. Are you suggesting a tax increase?
