No, but it doesn't surprise me. I put this up there with gun laws though. They don't enforce the laws on the books so when there is a problem their first reaction is to make new laws. If they just started with the laws on the books, such as tracking illegals etc, then see where we are at and go from there. I know, it's just putting everything under one umbrella but look what that did for eduaction? EPA etc. I spend so much time fighting the government on evironmental stuff with federal employees planting evidence to support environmental land grabs that I'm understandably worried about this.
