If they included Clinton, it would actually explain the low numbers -- all sorts of things that most people think constitute "sex" don't fall within his definition of that term. For instance, by his definition it's possible for her to have sex with him without him having sex with her, thus halving the statistics right there.

I'm guessing they included Chelsea Clinton in the UK survey. Without the lovely but horney Chels 'n' Ian, the UK average is down to 4 times a year.
