That would be nice but alot of mothers use the high child support to 'punish' the dad for whatever ill feelings they feel towards him.

We all know this abuse/punish style of behaviour goes both ways....Like I said a second ago..how do we figure out a way to prevent or simply detect abuse of the family court system?
