Maybe Bush should apologize to the Serbs for the atrocity committed by the Clinton administration, but reparations ought to come from the DNC and leaders who're members of the DLC who aided and abetted the Clinton admin. Bubba, Al, Not-So-Bright and all the other members of the Clinton admin should also be leveed for reparations.
