There are several articles and pix about the MMA in the Journal of Electronic Defense (www.jedonline.com). There are two surviving competitors: Boeing's 737-700 and Lockheed's Orion-21/P-7. The big change is that the MMA will control several UAVs while airborne. In fact, the Navy is going full-bore with replacing manned aircraft with UAVs. The flight crew community is not enthusiastic.

Regrettably this attitude is as common as fleas on a dog on most American college campuses.

The problem is also self-perpetuating. These idiots got their Masters and Doctorates by aping the anti-war & anti-American line when they were in grad school. Now, the only students who have a chance under them to get high grades through grad school are the ones who also repeat the same crap.

Any student that doesn't "toe the line" as far as anti-American crapola goes doesn't stand a chance of getting a post graduate degree in the Liberal Arts. So, the next generation is going to hear the same crap. I have no idea how to counteract this.
