Why would they need aid? They have lots of money. If you send them your bank account number they'll wire money into it to get it out of the country, and then split it with you.

Yeah, I forgot about that!! They've moved up in the world too...we used to get that fax years ago at one of my previous jobs, now they've figured out how to email that crap to everyone!!
