Going after Jackson for fraud is good, but the demand that he stop saying that he represents American blacks won't fly. I think that this part of the suit is more symbolism over substance, yet still gets the point across.

Demanding that he stop saying these things is a violation of the First Amendment. We'd do better by showing him that he doesn't speak for us. And this may be a good start for it.
