Lookee here: Gardner file suit against Fresno County Clerk Victor Salazar.
11/19/02

Nicole Parra, his Democratic opponent, asked for an injunction to stop Salazar from releasing the information to Gardner. Fresno County Superior Court Judge Gary S. Austin continued the matter until Wednesday.

"I've filled out a basic request for public information, and now my opponent is suing to block me, which makes me very suspicious," Gardner said. "What is it that she doesn't want me to find out?"

Parra declined to comment, but in court filings said the Gardner campaign will use the provisional ballot information "to harass and intimidate Fresno County voters about their vote in the November 2002 election."

Now, that's an interesting argument, Gardner's HARASSING AND INTIMIDATING voters!!!! Gee, does this sound familiar to anyone?

Gardner has a chance!!!!!!!!! The democraps obviously have something to hide. Go get 'em, Gardner. (Hope he has some good lawyers.) Maybe the Republicans will take note and send some $$$$ to try and make up for the HUGE MISTAKE IN JUDGMENT of not supporting Gardner in the first place. A little bit of GOP cash would have made the difference in this race. Dave Cox (GOP leader in the Assembly) should be FORCED OUT OVER THIS BOONDOGGLE! Let's all pray for Gardner that the truth will prevail. For victory & freedom!!!
