I'm still trying to find anything mentioned on military votes, nothing so far. Curious, no?

Provisional ballots are questioned, 11/20/02
Judge orders release of voters' identities

By Kim Baca , Associated Press

A Fresno County Superior Court judge ordered Wednesday the release of the names and addresses of 154 voters who cast provisional ballots in Fresno County for the 30th Assembly District. Judge Gary S. Austin ruled the release of provisional voter's names, home telephone numbers and signatures were public record, and lifted a stay issued Monday that stopped the counting process.

Yes, I'm more than curious. These military ballots are the main story here. I'm with you. I don't know why they're not being mentioned. I heard from a RELIABLE SOURCE that the military ballots were thrown out and Gardner wants to have the matter investigated. What gives? Thanks to everyone for the articles from Bakersfield area. I did a search in the Fresno Bee which came up empty except for a small story from a few days after the election. Maybe we can drum up some interest. Dean Gardner needs our support! For victory & freedom!!!
