This is just another example of a trend I've noticed: young Jews are moving to the right. (A majority of Jews under 35 voted for Bush.)
When I started the Columbia College Conservative Club (http://www.columbia.edu/cu/conservative) 1/2 of its members were Jews.
The non-partisan pro-war group at Columbia Students United for Victory (http://www.columbia.edu/cu/su4v/) has a good number of pro-war liberals who are really annoyed with the Democrats.

I agree with your assumption its just funny to see brandeis publish this I went to med school in boston and brandeis is about as lib as boston gets

good for you starting a coserv club at columbia I have a couple of jewish freinds in NYC who are lawyers and are quite conservative I hope your analysis is correct, I would think it is to compare clinton and gwb on the israel and I cant see why they would vote dem
