Well, now, I dunno about you guys...
I'm of the opinion there is no more authentic Mexican food outside of Mexico than what you'll find in Arizona. This is especially true of places like El Charro in Tucson, La Parilla Suiza in Phoenix, or LaCasita in Sierra Vista.

Hey, it works for me! I'm no Tex Mex *common-sewer* (lol), but I'd be willing to bet that Tex Mex from Arizona would give that of CA and TX a run for its money!
