Well I am from California and I love our Mexican food here. However, I will concede that I had great Tex-Mex when we were travelling through Texas once. So, I would have trouble saying Cal-Mex is better than Tex-Mex based on my experience. They are both excellent-much much better than Atlanta-Mex or Minnesota-Mex or Arizona-Mex etc.

Well, it wasn't "Mex" I can tell you that !! LOL!

We had lunch at Panera Bread which I think is formerly known as the St. Louis Bread Co.

At any rate, I had their Cafe Salad (of course!) and Dan had 1/2 creme of broccoli soup and 1/2 roast beef sandwich.

Their food is reasonable and consistently good!
