With fresh evidence that Osama bin Laden is still alive and kicking and with his friends and protectors about to take over the provincial governments of two of Pakistan's four provinces, as well as a share in the new national coalition that will now run the country (under the watchful eye of President Pervez Musharraf), a key question for the U.S. intelligence community remains unanswered. Why has the CIA ignored for 11 consecutive months the only anti-al Qaeda Pakistani tribal leader who had tracked bin Laden's movements ever since his escape from Tora Bora last Dec. 9?

What if Osama /Usama is cpatured or killed or captured then killed and nobody knows about it?
We've already captured some Al Qaeda "big-shot" that the media doesn't know who he is...
Where Osama is, we'll probably find Mullah Omar with him, so just capture them and eliminate all the witnesses that can blab to whoever that we have them captured (or killed)...
The world of "black-ops" has to operate like the "Mob", the "Underworld" or the "Drug Cartels": leave no witnesess.

After the Iraqi smoke clears, put Osama's head on a "pike" along with Saddam's and Mullah Omar's...just like Woodward talked about on 60 Minutes...

O'Reilly had a suggestion a couple of nights ago on his program.....................................

"Try" and convict Osama in absentia. Then, when he's caught, we don't have to go through years of highly publicized trials and the usual worries about what the 'Arab Street' (LOL) will think, plus death and terrorist threats for the Judge, jury and U.S.

Therefore, if he's caught alive, we hold an immediate execution (hopefully a military hanging) since he's already been convicted.
