Vladivostok is a major Pacific port. If they have a really nasty "boom-boom" with them, things could get hairy.
The Russians ain't about to let a boat that big with suspect crew and cargo get anywhere near their Naval base. IF the crew and pirates aboard that trawler are lucky,they will have a long swim home. And that's about the best they can hope for.
