well, that's true. No one should EVER get caught up in the emotion of it all to dangle his child out a window. Why didn't he hang himself ouot the window and hang on the ledge? That would have been better since he would have been endangering his own life and not that of some sweet, innocent little baby. This is definitely child abuse and should be treated as such. A parent cannot even spank their child anymore and this idiot is allowed to dangle his child out a multi story window?????????????????????????
