Byrd is a complete moron. I swear, every time I turn to CSPAN2, is is TALKING or yammering or muttering...whatever it is he does.
Txslady...yes, Phil will be sorely missed. I actually would have loved to see him be president!
I have to change the channel or turn it off-when Byrd starts talking-- You can usually figure it's going to be a longggggggggggggggggggg speach-when he starts.
Mr. Gramm will be missed by many-- Good he is going to go spend some time with his family though-- he earned it! :o))
