I come from farm families, can easily picture the incident with the cows...fires off memories and feelings of my Grandparents and their little 80 acres of cotton farm in west Texas.

The story about your uncle is really funny. My Dad has a ways to go before reaching 93, but he is well on his way to being just as ornery and stubborn as your uncle. I can picture him giving everyone at the hospital "heck" as well. I firmly believe this is what keeps these old guys ticking!

dutchess, dahlin'....you need a laptop! It has saved my SANITY when we travel!

Last February when we were at Mom and Dad's in FL and my modem fried, it was like one of my major organs stopped functioning! LOL! Mom has a computer, but FReeping is just not the same from someone else's rig!
