But, a couple of points:
If Baghdad acquires sufficient weapons-grade fissile material from abroad, it could make a nuclear weapon within a year.
I've seen other articles stating how fervently Saddam is trying to get a hold of weapons-grade uranium.

Look at all the other resolutions that have been passed, and largely un-enforced. I don't think the new one will be any different.

If i was saddam, which im not, heres what i would do. I would let the inspectors go wherever they want, and as soon as they enter a "restricted site" i would take them hostage. I would then place a member of the team on the site of one of the chem/bio weapons plants and say that any attempt to destroy the plant will in turn kill a UN inspector. Knowing how much the UN is like the LON, they will probably allow saddam to do whatever he pleases, and if the US attacks, we will look like the bad guys for killing Hans Blix.
