For years, Hussein demanded the right to refuse access to sites where he may be (is) building weapons of mass destruction. This weapon construction and its concealment are in violation of Iraq’s terms of surrender in the Gulf War.
Bill Clinton’s decision to ignore these violations for years, which I’m sure you wholeheartedly endorsed, allowed him to amass weapons that will make our efforts to disarm him more difficult.
