There you go. It would be far cheaper to just lock them up forever. Make 'hard time' mean 'hard time'. No TVs, no air conditioning and only cheap food.

If somebody came and murdered YOUR daughter, you'd d*mn well want to make sure he'd never NEVER walk the streets again, and there's only one way to do that.
