so he could keep a long-standing appointment to complete his sex change at a Colorado hospital I'd assume this is some kind of hormonal device implant. Last I'd heard, the "re-architecture" surgery itself was still banned in the USA and had to be done in Sweden. (Boo, hiss to Sweden)

"...A transsexual will be granted early release from prison so he can undergo the final surgery to become a woman..." The first stages of the process of 'becoming a woman' might be fun...
You get a personal pair of breasts to fondle anytime you want and people will sometimes hold the door open for you.
That final stage, where they whack your pee-pee off, is probably a pretty hard chunk of cheese however.

Considering he is in jail for forgery, one wonders how he paid for the surgery. By check?

I noticed the name of the judge was NOT mentioned. I would like to see his name. And what does a "Michelona Sierra De'Lonta" look like? Anyone have pictures?
In any case this is outrageous. What next? The King brothers getting off early for braces? Robert Blake getting time off for a face lift? It sends a disturbing message.

so he can undergo the final surgery to become a woman. Hormones, surgery and money cant change ones gender. The things that homosexuality drives one to do are mind-boggling.

If it was for rape and not forgery, then it would be a fitting umm... punishment, option, ummm no idea what to call it except weird.

This is just fine - if it were California, the state would be paying for the operation (they do for state employees!

"A transsexual will be granted early release from prison so he can undergo the final surgery to become a woman."Looks like he won't have to do any more hard time.

I once had two of these...err...beings to supervise on a job. One was 6'5" tall and 300 pounds. The other was about 6 feet tall, and tipped the scales at 270 pounds. Now here's the REALLY bizarre part! They both met in the Army, were discharged, and had the "operation", and went on to live with each other as lesbians. I shi'ite you not!
