you know if you just brush 3 times a day, floss once a day and see the dentist every 6 months this flouride discussion would not even be taking place...one has to take responsiblity for their own teeth and all the "use this and your teeth will be fine" on the market do not take the place of good old fashion brushing and flossing. Experience: Dental Assistant for 28 years.
