From what I've heard, the small pox vaccine is far and away the most dangerous. IOW the estimated one in a million death rate from the small pox vaccine is as bad as it gets. At the extreme I suppose there is even some level of risk in injecting water. BAN ALL NEEDLES, PILLS AND SCALPELS! IT'S FOR THE CHILDREN!!!
