On a slightly related note, our Postmistress was caught instructing our mail carriers to "dump" all of the third class (bulk) mail in dumpsters and not waste time delivering it. While I hate bulk mail, this was, nonetheless, a criminal act. It was discovered about six months later when the bulk mailers discovered that none of their mail was ever received, and one carrier "ratted" on her. HE was fired; SHE was promoted to another Post Office branch. Case closed. Ewwwww!
