1. Saddam accepts UN resolution.
2. Inspectors return.
3. Inspectors find WMD.
4. Inspectors are held hostage.
5. Bush says, "Let's roll!"
6. Hostages are saved with minimal loss of life.
7. War is over in < 15 days.
8. Saddam has slipped out the back door with his billions to an undisclosed location.
9. Two years later, a UAV spots him in northern Thailand and delivers justice once and for all.

I think that the U.S. would allow Sadaam to leave peacefully rather than face the bloodshed involved in capturing him. He's been talking to countries in the Arab region, maybe even Russia.

Personally, I'd rather have him fried, but the practical matter is that, like Clinton himself, having him jailed or executed is not as important as just having him out of power and neutralized.
