Why don't you learn a little about which you speak. Bush has not stopped this ban. Dasshole has. Why don't you read what I wrote before you make a fool of yourself?
I never said that Bush stopped this ban. However, he did have an opportunity to rally congress to pass this ban in his first 100 days of office when the Republicans controlled the House and Senate, but he didn't. He waited then until it was too late.
You were obviously blaming Bush because this ban was not passed. The reason it is not is because of Dasshole pure and simple. This was not one of the most important acts for him to take during the first 100 days even if he could have overcome a filibuster which I doubt.
You are the fool for trying to blame Bush for the RATS actions. But it won't work here.
