So they're saying that Basham was actually captured on Sunday, but it took this long to identify him. They also said that they don't believe this BMW Fulks is driving is Alice's car because it has West Virginia plates (stolen). Does that suggest there are 2 separate cars (what are the chances they would seek out another dark blue BMW?) that were stolen or that the W.V. tags were stolen and put on the car? And if they spiked the tires, how far could Fulks have gotten? Of course he may have struck again by now and the next poor victim may not be so fortunate as to have FR and TB on it. Wonder if he will be as bold alone.
