Branden L. Basham, 21, of Hopkins County, Ky., was taken into custody Sunday night after police say he tried to carjack two women in the parking lot of an Ashland mall.

I only just noticed that he was taken into custody SUNDAY night!! It's just that it was yesterday when they figured out it was Basham?? So why didn't we know YESTERDAY?? I'm confused...
