That seems reasonable. I'm inclined to think closer to Bolivia.

Alice was with the convicts in Shallot, called her daughter at 4:28 (presumably still with Fulks and Basham) but not with them in Bolivia at 4:30, two minutes later. Either she really was with them in Bolivia and just not seen, or she must be pretty close.
