Gad, I hope you're right. But I have my doubts. I've read interviews with her where she states that when she was younger and her career was being run by her father, she "felt like she was going insane".
I've also seen her in videos on MTV where she is wearing these very revealing outfits. Now there's nothing really wrong with that per sé, but it seems to me, an outside observer, that she is making a move to cross over or move away from her country music roots and is being led astray by those that are controlling her career these days.
This girl captured my heart the very second I heard her sing a cover of Patsy Cline's "Blue". She has amazing talent and doesn't need all these other trappings. I hope you're right and she keeps her head while she grows out of it.
