You must be kidding? Without private property rights, we have NO rights. If the state can tell you what to do with your property, then they CONTROL your property! This poster was a major supporter of the Constitutional amendment in Florida to take away the rights of some private property owners to decide if they wanted to permit smoking in their private property - just so he wouldn't be offended by the smell if he someday chose to enter a particular establishment.
