Helium balloons destroy the ozone layer. NASA has recently discovered that Jupiter has a hole in its ozone, similar to the one on Earth. I hope you're happy. The entire solar system is now feeling the effects of your support for evil, environment-destroying Republicans.

I'm not familiar with any party (Rep., Dem., Green, Periwinkle, Socialist, etc.) who has outlawed the use of helium in their political rallies. Had I known the ill effects of these balloons on both the ozone and my poor hands, rest assured my actions would have been dramatically different.

To be honest, I am somewhat surprised that they made their way to Jupiter!?!

Those of us who take the time to educate ourselves on the truth of what is happening in our environment know that the hole in the ozone layer is smaller now than when it was discovered and that it may actually be a natural cyclic phenomenon. Be assured that the effects of helium on the ozone layer are negligible compared to the effects of bovine flatulence. Would you say the entire solare system is feeling the the effects of the evil, flatulating, environment-destroying cattle of earth?!
