SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. (AP) The charges against a man who allegedly tried to sodomize his landlady's dog this week have been reduced and will now be heard in municipal court.
Joseph Cocho had been charged Monday with torturing an animal and weapons offenses after a dagger was found at his South Brunswick home. However, the charges were changed Tuesday after the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office reviewed the case.

Joseph Cocho had been charged Monday with torturing an animal and weapons offenses after a dagger was found at his South Brunswick home. What the freak?????? He was arrested on weapons charges after a dagger was found in his HOME? Someone help me understand why no one has commented on this yet? The rest of this may seem bizarre and funny - but that freaks me out to no end.

The guy is an obvious wacko, the charges shouldn't be reduced. I guess one could say the presiding judge really "screwed the pooch" in this case...
To: amused
He's just bragging that he has never been caught.

Charges reduced.
What? From sodomy to "following too closely?"

This wouldn't happen if they'd let trailer trash marry their animals.

...on Saturday. Never caught with a beagle in New Jersey on Saturday.
So what's the problem here? I mean, the dog wasn't gay or anything...what do you guys think I am, some kinda prevert?

Be funny if this guy turns out to be a supporter of Senators Corzine and Lautenberg. NJ just never gets enough black eyes.

"Reggie, old chap, did you hear? Sir Archibald has been having an affair with a horse!"
"Really, Jocko! Is it a mare or a stallion?"
"It's a mare, Reggie, of course. There's nothing wrong with Sir Archibald!"

I know, I'm convinced there was a coup here in october.
We here in the southern part of the state have been trying to seceede from the northern half for years.
Although it would still be a peoples republic.
The Governor's new cheif of staff here, used to be one of Torricelli chief advisors.
I gotta move.

Yuck. But what the heck is the weapons offense about the dagger? Are they into knife control now too?
To: Terriergal
Probably a "roundish" sort of dagger! LOL

man, you are on a roll this day aren't you...?!

Do they look at the mutt and say to themselves "Ohhhhh baby, you're lookin' mighty fine"? To answer your question seriously... and Don't ask me why, but I did research on this at one time when the subject came up in conversation... and they really seem to do just that from the stories I read (UGH UGH yuck)! There was also a site somewhere that talked about certain STD's you can get from animals. bleah!
I think it carries over from the animal rights' wacko's mindset that cannot differentiate between animal and human. They are too closely emotionally bonded to animals. Of course then there are people who just want to use animals because they can't tell on them.

But there are newsgroups for zoophiles and bestialists. Believe it or not, the two groups do not get along. Apparantly, the zoophiles are _romantics_ (!) One post described romping through a golden filed with their "love". Well at least I don't feel quite so weird and alone for having read/researched this kind of stuff!
So what are the bestialists mindset? It seems I had come across zoophile writing only. I would imagine if bestialists aren't 'romantic' (shudder) about the whole thing they wouldn't spend time writing about it as much.

Didn't the National Lampoon once say "The best part about animals is that you can screw them six ways from Sunday and they won't tell a soul"?
