Ok so here we go again. ALL of you people who hang so much credibility on eye witnesses please note this case. In addition don't forget the "eyewitness" in the DC sniper case. I am (once again) sorry that you people insist that eyewitnesses are "the best" evidence. Please take this lesson to heart.

I'll put the eyewitness problem in the same category as a government employee who says a Navy search found "no records of any contract employment of Mr. Reser". To me that sounds more like "we, of course, knew where not to look" or "I sure am glad we destroyed those records".
