My understanding is that Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
Also, to the poster who wanted the mosques emptied and Muslims deported, are you aware that a big chunk of Muslims in the US are natural born citizens of this country? They are as American as anyone else.
Bush is right to denounce bigotry. I think he'd be ashamed of some of the posts on this thread.
