This article and these developments convince me that Patrick Briley may be the wisest man I have known in my 40 plus years. Patrick Briley once posted on Freerepublic as OKCSubmariner, however, he was banned from this site.

I am not absolutely sure of the reason he was banned.

Jayna Davis may be the most brilliant woman I have ever read about, or either she surrounds herself with very bright associates.

Any hope for a congressional investigation into the Oklahoma City bombing is over.

After the failure of the Oklahoma Grand Jury, the only remaining hope for justice for the victims of the OKC bombing was a congressional investigation.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant

Camera saw figure in bomb truck

Oklahoma City video is unclear, but it may show John Doe No. 2.

The Associated Press

OKLAHOMA CITY - Videotape from a surveillance camera captured a glimpse of a shadowy figure in the passenger seat of a bomb-laden Ryder truck minutes before it blew apart the federal building, a federal law enforcement source says.

The footage is not clear enough to identify anyone, but it adds to the body of evidence that a third figure - perhaps the long-sought John Doe No. 2 - took part in the attack with two other persons, the source said.

``There's a shape in there, but they can't see a face,'' the source said of footage, which was taken by a camera on a nearby apartment building. The camera picked up the shadowy passenger about three minutes before the bomb went off April 19 at the Murrah Federal Building.

------------------------------------------------------

Until they release the surveillance videotapes, I will believe the James Reser downfall is a smokescreen to end all congressional investigations. Anyone who is commenting here you can be pretty sure James Reser is reading it.

Dear James, if you are prosecuted and sent to jail I will believe you fed Jayna Davis, David Schippers, and others false information and they bought it. As smart as these two are, that is hard to believe, but if you are prosecuted, I will believe it.

If you are never prosecuted it means you likely participated in a hoax for the purpose of shutting down the congressional investigation. If that is the case James, looking in the mirror at the reflection of your own character may be the only punishment you receive.

you may be right. appears that burton had his chain jerked much like congressman leach when he got too close to what happened in mena.

reser unfortunately gets the "lightening bolt" for seeking the truth.

the irony of the situation is if charged, reser may be able to subpeana the video tapes of the bombing to use in his defense. this may be the only way to get them out?

wonder what jayna davis & david shippers have to say about this development?

A House committee has halted an inquiry into allegations of a wider conspiracy in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing . . .
Perhaps there was a time when congressional investigations really delved into an issue and produced some results. Unfortunately, I can't recall any in the recent past. The Vince Foster hearings come to mind.
