I can tell just by looking that is one super intelligent bunch of FReepers. Owls are just so handsome.

LOL! I am making a T-shirt for a friend with that pic on it. Underneath it says, "Don't even ask." Hilarious!

Oh, Nan - that looks like our dear departed Phishbait from the Captain's Sea Sagas..... sniff, sniff...

Glad we have Thud.

Most of us Freepers are like those ground burrowers, but the Temple Owl is the one who soars with wisdom and snares the RATS.

Which reminds me; where is our esteemed Cap'n? The last we heard he was snowbound in the mountains. Hope he didn't try to mush out by dogsled. He's not schooled in landlubber ways. Of course if he attached a sail to his skiis he might make it out.

27°F / -3°C and clear
snowed in

Where'd you get the photo of PhishBait? It shows him in one of his better moods.

Miss the crew, which seems to have had a major difugality mud slinging contest while I'm up here at the cabin. We'll reassemble early next year and see what's what and who survived.

As to being able to get outta here in an emergency. It's downhill all the way. All I gotta do is grab my knees and roll.

Wife and Thud are fine and send greetings to all.

Had a message from him just yesterday, Nan.

Handling 'Situation Snowbound' as best he can.
Having a little target practice to remind snowmobilers who invade his private turf he is well-armed and vigilant.

Wishes he could get humblegunner and Flyer atop the mountain for backup.

Worse than that, Thud is a bit uncooperative, preferring outdoor trips over a newfangled litterbox, and the several feet deep snow is a complicating factor.

Ahoy Cap'n! Tis glad I am that ye be well and cozy. The photo proves that Phishbait survived the fall overboard. Obviously, he's discomboobalated, but otherwise safe. Tis comfortable I am with me shore leave, and I'm having second thoughts about the spring sail. Tis great to be on land...HO.

Are we on the same wavelength or what?!!
See my post just below yours..:))

Can you imagine what the crew could do dividing us into two teams and having a Snowman/girl Contest outside your digs?!
Utilize their abilities?

Now let's see - - what designs might they create - -
