Oh, I don't know if I'd call it fraud. Just really, really, REALLY good turnout in Dem districts!
1)Ed Rendell and his operatives registered over 100,000 Legal Russian Aliens for the 2000 election. A Democrat judge in Philly refused to throw them out. Eventually the case was settled, but the damn voters are still on the rolls. A lot of the Russkis don't even know it.
2)Illegal aliens were registered in Scrantion, Wilkes-Barre, Pittsburgh, Bethelehem, Chester etc. Total number: unknown. Perhaps as many as 100,000. Typical scenario: Meat packing plants, mushroom farms, workers registered en masse. Cool. Except they are Mexican or other citizens and many are here illegally.
3)Illegal registrations in Philadelphia, voters receiving absentee ballots AND voting in person. Many precincts reporting 95-102% turnout. (Sounds crazy, down't it?) Many precincts reporting more votes than registered voters and in one case, than residents!
Typical Philly scenario: Meet in church basement, receive street money, fill in absentee ballot. Get in church van. Go to 4-5 precincts and vote. Meanwhile, your absentee(s) are used where needed.
Philly fraud gave the state to Al Gore. Not too much doubt about it. You guys got a problem.
