The People's Republic of Berkeley will stop at nothing to push their collective agenda in front of the American public. Now, when you think they couldn't stoop any lower, they've brainwashed preschoolers into following their "cause" and taken them to go protesting. (What a wonderful 'day out' for the youngsters, right!?)Our friends at Cal-Berkeley's conservative publication, The California Patriot reports on this disturbing "babies day out."

Lovely article.
I'll tell you what, though -- those kids are future Republicans.

Why does this remind me of that scene in The Killing Fields where the "Comrade Children" were being turned against their parents?
To: mhking
She said the kids instinctively know about solving conflicts. They know the best way to do it is to talk things out, she said.Too bad the radical muslims responsible for all the terror in the world don't come learn at the knee of these little ones! Since they and their parents/teachers are so enlightened...perhaps we could arrange a summit with Sadam!

"Two hundred students from Berkeley schools"
If these are public schools, I demand some action.

If you really want to have some fun, read this article while pretending that it's a satirical article from the Onion. The Onion's staff really couldn't write much better satire than this.

When will Ithaca hold their childrens protest to out do Berkeley? Surely the leftist in Ithaca are upset they didn't do this first.

Your photoshop skills are what is needed on this thread.

Mayor Dean said she didnt think the rally was exploitive though. She said the kids instinctively know about solving conflicts. They know the best way to do it is to talk things out, she said.Bullshit! Kids do NOT know this instinctively... thier first impulse almost always is to lash out...

Maybe these righteous youths will continue their political activism under the "forward-thinking" tutelage of the Berkeley city council, Pelosi, and other such "luminaries" and achieve what may be a blessing for all....secession from the United States. I'd be happy to help man the border and help assure their purity of political thought.

"I'll tell you what, though -- those kids are future Republicans.I bet you are right! Their parents are in for one heck of an adolescent rebellion.

So, pre-schoolers in Berkeley are 5, 6, and 7 years old? That does explain a lot.

You know, just yesterday my 4-year old had a spirited debate about whether or not the United States should have unilaterally rejected our nuclear arms treaties with the Soviet Union. His argument that the Russian Federation is essentially the Soviet Union with a different name had some merit.
I wish we could have finished the debate before Barney came on.

Celia, age 6, who could not spell her hyphenated last name
What is up with libs and hyphenated names?
What is the difference in brainwashing kids into thinking this and brainwashing kids to be racists and recruiting them into the KKK?
nothing as far as I can see.
I went to the last Saxby Chambliss/Bush rally here in Atlanta. Of course there were protesters there, shouting their mantra 'no oil for war' bull through their bullhorns holding their home made signs, wearing their tie-dye shirts and worn-out army looking fatigues. I thought it was really funny. There were about 15-20 there, but the more I looked at them the more I noticed that many of them brought their kids, some of which couldn't even walk yet. My opinion of them went from them being harmless and humorous to them being borderline abusive and outright pathetic. I put them on the same shelf as the guy who used his Christian daughter to get the 'under God' part out of the Pledge. I enjoy activism, but using your kids, especially pre-teens is just low and despicable.

ROFLMAO!

Wow, this is really low, even for lefties. We will see alot more of this kinda thing nowadays.

Here are those kids in 10 years. (This really does sound like an
Onion article.)
The dog is thinking: "These hippie, tree hugging, vegan freaks. I'm outta here. I'm going to go hunt me some dinner...something that has a face on it."
