Good news jpl. His American passport can be revoked.

I have the Code of Federal Regulations and other federal rules (it is not his passport anyway. The true 'owner' is the United States State Department for the United States Government).

Well, we can just freep here. But I know others can actually take action so that Mr. Duke has an INS detention hearing waiting for him upon his return to the United States and have his passport taken away from him with due cause.
