Freep this poll - Bush, Oprah or Susan Sarandan
Fodors Travel Site ^ | 11/11/02 | Fodors

Fodor's is the publisher of all the travel guides and has a pretty nice site. Their talk section provides a lot of good inside info for trips.

It appears some lefties have been hitting their poll. It's time for a Freepin'.

Who would you rather sit next to on a plane?

Oprah
Eminem
Susan Sarandon
Jennifer Lopez
President Bush
John Waters
Shania Twain

This is not going to make or break anything, but it is interesting. W is currently slightly ahead of Oprah and Sarandon is not far behind Oprah.

It would be nice to see W overwhelm them both.

I was honest and voted for John Waters because he would probably be the most fun and entertaining. I would be a little intimidated sitting next to the president.

Like to see W get it but I have to say sitting next to Jennifer Lopez or Shania Twain wouldn't be so bad either

I find it interesting that about an equal number of males and females chose President Bush. Of course far more males chose Jennifer and Shania, and more females chose Oprah. But Bush is appealing to both sexes about the same.

JLo is so DIVA she probably wouldn't even let you look at her even if you were sitting next to her... i don't think she would be all that personable...

President Bush is winning big-time!

I had to vote for Shania... I would prefer to talk to President Bush... but I'm in the mood for some coast-to-coast drooling right now.

P.S. Normally I like to sit next to the window... but that wasn't an option.

Give credit to Oprah. Her two shows supporting Bush's proposal to invade Iraq helped turn public opinion around and end Daschle's obstruction campaign. It may even have helped Bush win the election.

LOL, my boss travels frequently around the world and is always in First Class. He has on occasion ended up there with various celebs, divas, supermodels, etc.

He once ended up sitting next to Cindy Crawford.

This all sounds pretty good, except he likes to catch up on his sleep while traveling. The greater problem is, he drools while he's sleeping. So he's ashamed to sleep while sitting next to a beautiful woman.

ROTFLMAO, I had no idea how many lurkers there are on FR. Bush is wiping out the competition. He's picked up about 500 votes in the last 20 minutes.
